Raised in South Boston and West Roxbury, he attended Boston College High School and graduated from Mt. St. Charles academy of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. He did his undergraduate work at Northeastern University, the United States Air Force Academy, and Georgetown University, where 
he earned his A.B. degree. Attorney Halström then attended Boston College's prestigious law school, where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.). He is 25+ years AV  rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  
Because he is committed to higher education, Mr. Halström provides financial and professional 
support to students at the United States Air Force Academy, Georgetown University, and Boston College Law. He has established the Halstrom Family Scholarship at Georgetown. He yearly 
sponsors the Frederic N. Halström National Moot Court Team at Boston College Law School. The Frederic N. Halstr
öm Oral Advocacy Award is awarded annually at the Boston College Law School Graduation to the top oral advocate in the graduating class. The award includes financial stipend

United Kingdom Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association, the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial 
Lawyers Association, the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Halström is also a diplomat to the Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL) and is an associate member of

Krzysztof G. Sobczak

Krzysztof (Kris) SobczakKrzysztof (Kris) Sobczak is the newest litigation associate to join Halström
Law Offices, P.C., previously having worked at the firm as a law clerk since February 2010. After finishing first in his class at Haverhill High School, he attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned B.S. in Political Science & Science, Technology, and Society. Subsequently, he
learned a M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Boston University, and in 2010 graduated, cum laude, with a J.D. from Boston College Law School. 
Mr. Sobczak started his legal education at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor for the International Law Review. Mr. Sobczak served in the United States Marine Corps from 1998-2008, first as enlisted, then as commissioned officer, obtaining the rank of Captain. He is President and CEO of the Marine Corps Mustang Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which provides college scholarships for Marines. While in law school, he acted as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Brassard of the Massachusetts Superior Court and Judicial Extern to Honorable Judge Edward Washington II of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. He volunteered countless hours as a Clinical Associate at the Veterans Legal Services Center & Clinic in Chicago, Illinois, assisting our nation's veterans to obtain various benefits. As a Clinical Associate he was a contributing editor to the Military Service and the Law book, published in 2009 by Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education (IICLE).
